Browser local storage and technologies with similar functions are also covered by this Policy.

Functional cookies may be used to remember the User’s language, interface or similar preferences.
Functional cookies requiring explicit consent are not activated without the User’s affirmative consent.

If analytics or performance technologies are used to measure Platform usage and technical performance, technologies requiring explicit consent are not activated without obtaining the User’s consent.
5. Managing Cookie Preferences
The Platform currently uses cookies and similar technologies for sessions, security, the site language and translation preferences. Advertising and analytics cookies are not used.
If cookies requiring explicit consent are introduced, they will be disabled by default and Users will be offered options to accept, reject and subsequently change their preferences.

Site traffic passes through Cloudflare, and the sign-in page runs Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. On an ordinary visit these services set no cookie on our domain; when a security check is applied, Cloudflare's use of a security cookie and its retention depend on that check and on security settings.
7. Browser Settings
The User may also delete or block cookies through their internet browser settings.
Blocking essential cookies may affect the operation of some basic Platform functions.

Where personal data is processed through cookies, details of such processing are explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy.
9. Updates
This Policy may be updated if the technologies used on the Platform or the applicable legislation change.
